The main objectives of the NAVUG Training and Certification Program:

1. Make high-quality, intensive training readily available to customers

2. Help facilitate a market for the remote delivery of training more suitable to a customer personnel’s schedule (This assumes that key personnel cannot readily leave the company for a several week training course)

3. Leverage the size of NAVUG to influence the affordability of the training courses

4. Establish a standard, recognizable in the marketplace, that allows a predictable level of competency for those carrying the NAVUG Certification

Be sure to check schedules for training courses available.  Classes take place periodically and are usually delivered remotely.  On occasion, Regional Chapters coordinate in-person training classes.  Also, there is always a robust portfolio of in-person training course offerings associated with Summit.
