Make sure you connect your Windows Live ID with your Membership:
1. Copy and paste the invitation code link into your web broswer, you should have received this in an email announcing the new web site (or go to www.navug.com/invitation and enter the code directly)
2. Sign in with your Windows Live ID
3. Update your Profile and fill in any missing Membership Information, you do NOT need to enter anything into the "Member Activation" field. Note: if you do not see your name already filled in, you did not successfully connect your Live ID with your membership.
4. Update your Company Profile and fill in any missing Membership Information, by clicking on "Company Profile" in the upper right hand corner of the web site (link appears after step 2). If your company information doesn't appear on the "Company Profile" page, please contact us so we can associate you to your Company and Membership.
