The next time you schedule a meeting, why don't you let the receptionist know you are there representing an organization and where you will be sitting.

I wasted an hour of my time going to ROCK Bottom.

The receptionist knew nothing about the NAVUG Group!

The night manger knew nothing about NAVUG group!

He contacted the day manager who knew nothing about the NAVUG Group!

I was there at 5:50 PM.

The NAVUG invitation indicated 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

The Event Brite ticket said 5PM to 7PM.

I showed it to the receptionist the EventBrite ticket, they were confused and never heard of the organization.

Lesman Instrument is located at 135 Bernice Drive in Bensenville, IL 60106.

We have a training room with seating for 25 to 30 people if 5 would not mind sitting on folding chairs.

If a group would like to meet at 5:45 PM to discuss problems encountered in the use of Nav and share best practices we could make
    our training room available.

Hello @Michael Heatherly and fellow NAVUG Chicago members!

We apologize for the confusion within your local Chapter community page.  Any NAVUG Chapter meeting registrations should be found within your chapter community page under the Events tab, or on the Home tab on the right side of the page.  We do not want to request attendees leave our User Group site to register for an event.  We will continue to utilize this structure moving forward.  Thank you!
