We're excited to announce the agenda for our upcoming August Seattle NAVUG chapter meeting:

    1.   NAVUG News & Events

    2.   Building Power BI for Operations – Presented by Alan Wyne, Innovia Consulting
We're "gettin' real" in this deep dive on how you can use Power BI for business operational reporting, including manufacturing, warehousing, and shipping. By the end of the session you will know how to get started with Power BI, link to your BC / NAV system, have a basic understanding of data tables and fields specific to operations, and how to build and publish dashboards and daily/weekly reports. A discussion of "gotcha's" topics will also be included to help you with any issues you may experience working with Power BI. Sample reports will be provided to each attendee at the end of the session.

    3.   Cracking the CRM Code – Presented by Steve Waltz, Innovia Consulting
Your sales pipeline is vital to the survival of your company. Two thirds of CRM implementations are considered failures. This session will help you understand how to utilize Opportunities, how to have a full and real pipeline, and how to get sales people to put the data in your CRM while increasing sales for your organization.

    4.   Exploring the Differences Between NAV and D365 BC – Presented by Dave Wiser, Tigunia
Dynamics Business Central is really taking off. But, you already have a lot invested in NAV. During this session, we'll review many of the new features that Business Central has to offer that will really help you and your company. Microsoft is making great improvements in many areas of Business Central including manufacturing, finance, supply chain, and working with data. We'll demonstrate many of these differences.
