This slide is from ADM60, "Mods: Just because Everyone Does Them Doesn't Mean You Should Too!", presented by Cynthia Priebe. It's a reminder of how to minimize mods and how to plan for a successful mod.
       Carefully review requirements.
Decide how to measure risks and success.
       Require user acceptance testing.
       Document changes.
If possible, build future changes into the mod so additional developer time is not needed.
