During my Summit Session "We don't need no stinkin' CRM", I was asked if there were any blogs about NAV's Relationship Management functionality.  I am not aware of any blogs, but if anyone knows of any, please post and I will forward to those attendees who provided business cards and email addresses.

    Robb,

I don't know of a specific blog on NAV relationship management, but I find this list of the Top 25 Blogs to be very helpful.

There used to be a manual on the partner source for NAV Relationship Management, It was pretty good, I used it as a reference when I first started working with this module. I am not with a partner anymore so don't have access to it so can't really help out as to where it is.

If any of the partners can please look and provide that information here that would certainly help out a "newbie" on this module.

    Thanks,

I would also love to hear how others are using it in their companies. We have only started with Opportunities by implementing a top 10 for each rep for the year. Which we update qtrly and refresh the the pipeline visual. The plan is to increase this over the years and have them do directly on their own. Just taking small steps to get them used to it.

    Morning All,

There is a Manual on NAVUG here:

Generic - NAVUG - Dynamics NAV User Group

Generic - NAVUG - Dynamics NAV User Group

The 1st link are 2013 Manuals and the 2nd link should be the 2009 Relationship Manual.

    Thank you,

    Steve

Anyone with CustomerSource Access should be able to access the Microsoft Imagine Academy which contains updated Video Courses for NAV.  There is an updated video for Relationship Management on 2016.  You can access the Academy from CustomerSource if you follow the Get Trained with eLearning Link or you can access the Academy directly with the link below.  There are 50 courses in total for NAV.

    Hey All,

What I am looking for is the how to do THAT.   The outlook plugin demo that they (MSFT) did in the NAV keynote that showed a sales rep getting a request for quote email, and the rep was shown -- in outlook a dashboard of client company info, and with 1 click he has a reply written for them with a quote attached that is  already saved in NAV.

Where is the install instructions for THAT?
