We use a method that removes the need for SQL to Cloud backups--relying instead on our network server & file backups.
We use SQL's built-in tools to take SQL backups hourly and at the end of the day. We use a PS script to move those backup files to a separate server. All our servers are backed up to the cloud nightly. We also have a routine to delete backups after a day or two since the cloud is storing nightly snapshots of the server.
One thing to be careful of is that the server snapshot doesn't interrupt your SQL backup chain. (We use Datto which does interrupt the chain because of the way it takes the server snapshot. To compensate, I do a full backup every night AFTER Datto takes the snapshot.)

Subject: Offsite NAV backup
We are wondering what people might currently be using for an Offsite NAV backup service. This would be for an end of the day either manual or auto backup to the cloud.
I know there are a lot of cloud storage solutions, but curious if anyone has a specific recommendation and why.
Thanks, Curt
