So often I need to quickly l look at ALL items a customer purchased.  I have gone through report after report but I have not found a simple report to give me all the data I need.  However, when doing a return or credit memo, I go to the Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse option and quickly export that to excel.  This is exactly the information I need.  But it's quite clumsy to always go into a credit memo or  return order to get that option.
Is there a canned report that would give me that information?  Or is there a way to access the Get Posted Document Lines to Reverse information outside of a credit memo or return?
    Thanks for your help.

We use Report 10048 Customer/Item Statistics to get all the items a customer has purchased.

    Thanks Shelly,
The reason I don't use the Customer/Item Statistics is it does not tell me what invoice that sale is from, nor the date.
The Get Posted Doc Lines to Reverse gives me all of that.  I need to know that information.

We had our VAR recreate a Bookings File on Navision similar to the file we developed 20 years ago on our old ERP system.

We have approximately 900 product classes that underlie 70 product lines and 4 market segment groups.

The product classes cover about 70,000 active items in the last three years

We download all of our Point of Sales Reports, Commission reports and sales by Customer type from it.

It gives up flexibility and a structure that dimensions could not provide.

Every line item on a sales order and or credit memo is written to it along with booked order activity.

    It the follows the formula

    Beginning Backlog
    + Bookings
    -Billings
    =Ending Backlog

A  credit memo is both a negative sale and a negative booking.

We had to add field in the General Tab of an order to track order splits between outside sales people.

Do you have access to the Customer Sales History through the Customer Card?  This is displays the same information that Get Posted Doc Lines to Reverse does without creating a return. #Functional

    Hi Shelli,
Is that what the report is called...Customer Sales History?
I do not see that as an option, nor does that come up if I do a search.  I would be curious to see that as it sounds like it is what I would need.
    Thanks for your help.

Does anyone know if that report is something that has to be custom made?  Or if not, where can I find it?

    Carla,

You can try to filter Item Ledger Entries or Item Value Entries to get what you want.  If you have a reporting tool, like Jet Reports, you can try to report from the Sales Invoice Line table.

Below is a screen shot of a Value Entries filtered by a date range and Document Type "Sales Invoice."  Maybe this will give you wat you need:

    Value Entries - Sales Invoices
