BC tracking sent purchase orders

Is there a way within business central to track which purchase orders you have sent to suppliers?
Currently, the only method we have to check if we emailed a PDF order is using our outlook sent box.

If you are using a Job Queue for sending, it might be logged in the Job Queue Entry Log.    When you print you can select to "Log Interaction" and if the vendor is linked to a contact, the contact will record a Interaction Log Entry.
Let me know if you want more detail on either of these possibilities.

There is a field on the Purchase Header table that you can add to the screen for "No. Printed" which has that detail. It is not able to be personalized and added to the page by default it looks like so you or your partner will need to extend the page to allow it to be visible.
