    Good Morning,

More often I am getting the request for users to associate documents or other documents to items (as an example) and then have them printed when they print Purchase Orders or Travellers.

Does anyone know of a third party add on which does this already or have done programming for this in the past?

    Thanks,

    Hello Jennifer,

I am not sure if this is a solution to what you are asking but I will say the following:

When I attach a document to an Item in B.C. there are two fields to check - Flow to Purchase Transaction and Flow to Sales Transaction.   They are supposed to flow to purchase and/or sale transactions.

When I tested this functionality it was not operating properly on the B.C. version I was using.  It may be fixed now.

There is an option as David mentioned but it just flows through the transactions, not necessarily mean it gets added to email attachments without doing some modifications.

Thanks, you have confirmed that to print the documents anything associated requires a mod.
I was afraid of this but will look for a third party or look at getting development.

    Much appreciated
