I've watch several videos on quality control in NAV and I've seen videos that show a "Certificate of Analysis" button. I am really interesting in having a certificate of analysis, but I can't find it. Does "Quality Control" come with standard NAV or is it an add-on?

Quality Measures is part of standard NAV.  It does not included testing or a Certificate of Analysis.  It is simply a place to store what needs measured.

Quality Control, which you linked, is an Add-On product by Cost Control Software.  I'm sure they would be happy to discuss the product with you and your Partner.

I think there is another ISV with a Quality Control product as well, but I'm not familiar with its capabilities.

We developed a very sophisticated Certification system with Sikich. We are in the metals industry and we sell to Aerospace. You may want to reach out to Sikich and see if they can help you.
