ChargeLogic POS and Reporting Functions

We recently went live with ChargeLogic POS from LS Retail and we are getting used to new reporting functions and getting the information we previously had available via LS Retail back office.  Could anyone respond that is using NAV18 and ChargeLogic POS solution and would be willing to share some of their reporting best practices for POS data.

We are primarily wanting to see store productivity, sales person productivity metrics, and the like.  We are working through a variety of NAV reporting functions at the moment but if anyone can point us in the best direction it would be much appreciated.

    Hi Ryan,

If you are using and capturing those data elements, Jet Reports should be able to get that information. I am presuming you are using their Chargelogic POS Retail, many of your data may reside within the Posted POS Documents, Lines, etc.
I presume that you are using Jet Analytics, you could create a 'Cube' that contains all your POS data and use PowerBI for dashboards.
