    We are so excited to welcome you all to this year's virtual Community Summit, we will however miss seeing you all in person!

    For those of you registered already, watch your email inbox for more information about the event. Regardless if you have registered or not, you can view the agenda details.  Go to Agenda>>Session Schedule>>Click on dropdown by 528 Sessions and select Content Audience>> Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV to view all BC/NAV related sessions and start planning your week. Note you can attend sessions though across all User Groups!

    Once conference registration has taken place, one of the questions we often receive is around the need to register, or save a seat, to attend an individual session. You do not have to register for the session(s) you wish to attend. On the day of the show you will receive a link to the login, or you can visit and login with your email address, from there you will be able to access every session from the 'Auditorium'. Hint: That is the name of the link you will use within the navigation bar to view the educational and Partner Solution Showcase sessions. While you are now able to favorite sessions within the current agenda, please note that those favorites will not move to the day-of-show application schedule (within the Auditorium) that you will access the sessions from.

    For those of you registered for the event a good tech check, so to speak, is to favorite some items within the agenda. Doing so will force a login and email verification. If your email is verified, our system recognizes your registration. If you are not able to get verified that email alias is not recognized, and one of two things are in play. Either you registered under a different email alias (so try again using your secondary alias) or your registration is not found in the system for some reason. If you still are not able to gain access please send your information to with your registration details and that they check for you.

    Survey's matter – there are a few ways in which you will be able to give us your feedback.

    • Rate the Presentation – within the agenda you will have the ability to provide short feedback
    • CPE & Overall Experience surveys – post-event everyone will receive an email with links to both of these options

    We have a new Exhibit Hall experience for you, and we encourage all attendees to take some time to visit the ISV/Partner/Sponsor booths to explore the opportunities to extend your application.

    New this year we will have a number of 'Lounges' for you to visit and chat with your peers about relevant topics and products.

    While attending the conference if you experience technical issues, you will be able to ask for help at the 'Info Desk'. This link will be found in the top navigation pane of the website. You will also be able to ask general questions within this area.

    Much like when we are onsite, we recommend that you choose a few sessions within the same breakout block that you would like to attend. If you get into a session and it isn't what you thought it would be, head to the next choice.

    Medics have always been a staple at Summit for the BCUG/NAVUG Community. We are proving a few options for you to get some questions answered in a virtual setting.

        • Wed, Oct 7th – 12:30 – 1:30pm CT
        • Thurs, Oct 8th – 12:30 – 1:30pm CT
        • Fri, Oct 9th – 11:20 – 12:30pm CT 

    My challenge to all of you attending is to be active. Virtual events are hard for speakers to 'read the room'. They can't see you nodding your head in agreement or giving them the 'what are you talking about look'. Interact, within the Q&A tell them if they gave you a tip you can use, let them know if you liked the session, make sure they get your questions – be active.

    I'm sure there are 100 other questions you may have that I didn't cover above, if the email you received (that included a FAQ document) doesn't help you get answers, please reach out!
