    ​Not really a NAV question but I thought some NAV clients would have some insight.  We are running NAV 2016 and have integrated Sana webstore.  We are looking to provide 'chat' functionality and are curious of what others have used and their opinions on such.

    We are on NAV 2018 and created our own website/ecommerce platform and link back to NAV via web services.  The chat solution we ended up using is LiveChat.  We liked its ability to brand it as our own and the UI that would be presented back to the customer.  Admin controls and reporting were robust as well.  One additional thing we are looking to add next year is chatbot technology and there are solutions that work with LiveChat.

    We found that there are many different solutions out there - hope this helps.

    Thanks Anthony,  I'll look into Livechat.  You mentioned implementing chatbox technology.  Doesn't Livechat have that functionality?  What additional functionality will the 'chatbox technology' provide you that Livechat does not.?

    @Bill Blomker - LiveChat integrates with Chatbot.com for additional fees and looks very promising!  We want to allow 24/7 customer service, ranging from appointment scheduling to package tracking to invoice/price checks.  The sky is the limit.​
