Costs/credit memo reversal

    I have 3 questions:

    1. how to process credit memo reversal
I created a sales invoice on sales order in NAV 2017, then I thought it was wrong, then on the sales invoice I created credit memo. later on I realized this credit memo is wrong. how can I reverse the credit memo, so that inventory/costs associated can flow through properly as I only have sales invoice generated in the system.

    2. in our sales order sometimes we have exchanged part with customer. then In sales order we will process as quantity -1 to wait to receive the exchange part. once exchange part received, the cost will be zero.
for example, in below screenshot, you can see second line is quantity -1, this is exchange part we are waiting to receive. the cost $24,610.95 is from the system automatically. our process is we received the exchange part to inventory as zero because it is an exchange core normally need more repairs before in serviceable. then we consume the exchange part with zero cost to our internal work order for repair, I also come to sales order to overwrite $24,610.95 as zero then close the sales order. however, I noticed, even though the actual costs is zero, but when it was consumed to internal work order it still shows as $24,610.95. not zero. just wondering why the actual costs zero not flow through the internal work order properly.

    3. how to change the profit % to 10%. our system works as you enter the unit price, the system automatically calculate the unit cost per profit %. right now there is one part who has wrong profit % which leads to wrong part unit cost. not sure how to fix it.

Question 1 - It's best not to reverse the credit memo.  Instead, create a new invoice then copy the credit memo or the original invoice into it.
