ChargeLogic: Expired Card, but no card selected

Using #chargelogic and Nav 2013 I'm trying to run a customers credit card that is stored on their Customer Card. When I enter the Payment Method Code, I immediately get an Expired Card error, but I haven't even entered a credit card yet. I checked the credit card table and there are no expired cards for this customer. I also removed the default flag. I even tried adding my card just in case both cards were entered wrong. Still I get this message. Any suggestions on why I'm getting this error?

We have had this issue in NAV 09 and the expired card was listed under the Person Contact Card

Credit Cards can be tied to Contacts as well.  Check to see if you have a card entered under a contact for that customer.

Ditto the other replies. It can be tricky to determine which list of credit cards you are on when looking at the customer's credit cards. There should be a filter tucked away somewhere that either says 'Contact' or 'Customer'.  The expired card is likely in the Contact's card like the others said. If you don't use the Contact Card for credit card processing you can delete this list as part of your monthly closing or at least the expired ones.

There may be a credit card expired under a person contact instead of the company level.

Thank you. Sure enough, it was in the contact card. I thought we had looked there but I guess we didn't look hard enough to see the button for the credit cards.
