Accounts payables - best practices and migration from bill.com?

    Two questions

    - Has anyone migrated from bill.com for accounts payable and if so any best practices/thoughts/advice?
    - If we move to business central for Accounts payables, what have people done around best practices for security of holding the vendor bank account information?  Let's assume even with good security practices the data is stolen. What's our liability there and what's the best practice to mitigate the liability?

    Thanks in advance.

Bill.com works great with QuickBooks.  But on the Dynamics side - the folks over at iSolutions has written a great integration to Invoiced.com.  Same kind of product at Bill.com but better - here's the contact to talk about it.  Very cool!

    Hi Benji,
Here is a different perspective on this data...…..
Bank account information is not as high risk as credit card information for example. Consider that this same information, your vendor's bank routing number and bank account number is at the bottom of every check they have written and sent to any of their vendors. I don't think it warrants any additional safeguarding over and above your standard access to the database security measures.
