Hi!
We currently use Concur, and it's an Island. It doesn't talk to NAV at all and/or our Azure SSO.

We're upgrading next year and I thought to myself: what if there's a better program that does connect to NAV better, maybe to Azure SSO so managers, terms, new hire, etc would also work.

Must also do corp credit cards.

Anyone have any experience with any programs that actually integrate they would recommend?

Continia is about the only one I sort of can name but at least last time we looked at it we didn't love love it (the UX experience). Maybe has changed since then.

We went through the same evaluation process recently (also have corp cards), and decided to use a 3rd party tool called PivotNexus to integrate Concur to our Business Central.  We're still in the middle of the implementation, so I can't quite speak to its efficacy yet, but it was promising enough for us to give it a shot.  It's also quite affordable.  We couldn't find any other expense system that did corp cards and also managed GSA per diem rates and would integrate natively to BC, so it didn't seem worth the hassle to leave Concur.

I like their user interface and there is (or was) a BC integration through Stoneridge. When I used it in the past, we created a file format to copy / paste into BC, which is a decent stop gap until it can be connected either through an existing connection or modified specific for you.

We have used Expensify for years, I really like the product.  I haven't worked with the automatic integration to BC on prem as we are in the process of upgrading to SAAS, once we do I'll work on the integration.  In the meantime I created an export format that I just copy and paste the lines into my purchase invoice - it takes seconds.

It's worked very well for us.

How long ago did you review the Continia plug-in?

I'm with Bob re. Continia. I find it to be priced right, has the right feature set and implements quickly. My top reason however is that their DNA is NAV. I see mention of integrations with the other systems and I am not a fan. You do not need to worry about an integration that can be problematic or third-party. Continia is just built in. You don't have to worry about it breaking when something in core NAV/BC changes.

Continia, as an integrated BC ISV, allows you to provide your users with a good phone app. Also, it provides an accounting dashboard to monitor activity, identify missing receipts for corporate card charges and request receipts from your users all via the App. Optionally, you can implement web approvals to manage the approvals for expense reports.

If you have not looked at it lately, it is worth investigating further since you can fully integrate it with your business processes.
