    Hi all,

    I have a user working from home in Business Central online that is consistently having difficulties and I'm wondering how I might troubleshoot.

    They often get a pop-up saying "We had trouble completing the request. Let's try again.".

    I suggested wireless/internet issues but she doesn't have difficulty with any other websites.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi @Sharon Hine,

    Couple questions. What web browser is she using? ​Is it happening throughout the whole system or specifically when she is trying to do something?

    I have found that certain web browsers can cause issues with working within BC. Here is a link to the MS documentation when it comes to choosing a browser to run BC in.

    Thanks for replying! Our partner identified that this was actually a system-wide issue in Canada yesterday.
