    Hello Folks,

Thank you for always being so helpful in providing suggestions on this platform.

I wanted to create a Data Dictionary for NAV and was hoping someone from this group will provide me few suggestions.

Its easy to search for the related table, once there is familiarity with the NAV tables.

Understanding the business process is one side of it, but knowing the tables linked to the process will help me during reporting.

    Any suggestions are most welcome.

    Thanks in advance,

There is a report in the US database, 10315 - Data Dictionary. You need to export all of your tables as text and provide that so the report will run. It won't tell you where the fields are used or processes, though.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for responding.

What is the process to export the table data? Does it have to be form the Development environment?

It does. You'll need the Application Builder granule in your license to be able to do it, or have your partner do it for you.
