Revaluation Journal Prod. Order Line error

I've reached out to our NAV partner about this, but they've been slow in getting back to me so wanted to throw this out to the masses to see if anyone has ever run into this.

I'm trying to post revaluation entries for multiple output entries (excess inputs were consumed, the input Item No.'s have since been positively adjusted to bring them back into inventory, and I just need to revalue the output accordingly so our gross margin is correct) and I'm getting the following error:

The Prod. Order Line does not exist. Identification fields and values: Status='Released',Prod. Order No.=",Line No.='0'

I've never run into an issue posting an entry like this and not sure what has changed. I've tried several Item No.'s and am getting the same error on all.

On another forum, it was suggested that the production order status wasn't finished, but all of the output I am trying to revalue have production order status of Finished.

We're on NAV2015, so unable to revert the status to negatively adjust the consumption right in the production order.

Thanks in advance for any thoughts or suggestions you might have!

Do you have access to the Development Client? If yes, look for object 5406 "Prod. Order Line" . Run the object and see if there are any lines have "null" values. If yes delete them. Someplace to look...........

I don't have access to the Development Client but thank you - I will pass this on to our partner and see if that gets them moving any faster!
