    #NAV2017  Jet Reports

I am using JET report NB018 (formerly NAV018) and would like to update the report to calculate the days past the POSTING DATE rather than the DUE DATE.
In design mode, when I update the report tab, under the date formula section 379 Detailed Cust. Ledg. Entry from [20 Initial Entry Due Date] to [4 Posting Date], the report runs however it does not apply payments to invoices.  For example, you will see $10,000 in 91+ and then a $5,000 payment in 31-60.  It no longer offsets so that you would only see the $5,000 due in 91+.
First question is, do you know what it is no longer offsetting the payments?
Second question is, do you know how to fix it?

    Thank you!

    Hi Ruth,

It sounds like the date is being referenced in more than one location, making it so that the values are still being aged by your Due Date.  I would need to see the report to be able to say how to fix it, but I would be happy to take a look at it with you.

All I did was take the canned Jet report NAV018 and replace where it says 20 Initial Entry Due Date with 4 posting Date. (see attached original report)

So you may be right about the report not liking multiple places for Posting Date?

    Hi Ruth,

Thanks for clarifying a bit more.  The assumed issue is what was wrong.  When in 'Design' mode on the 'Report' tab, you'll want to adjust the date used for the Aging Buckets.  I've highlighted these occurrences in the screenshot below.  Once that's updated, the values reported will be aged off of their Posting Date rather than their Initial Due Date.  Hope this helps!
