Edit Column layout

Is there a way to actually make a calculation in a column layout?  For example I want the Avg of the first 4 months of the year. I have setup my 4 columns to show the 4 months of data.  Is there any way to say add columns 1 through 4 and divide by 4?

In NAV and BC, that would require a modification.

As I have finally figured this out, I thought I would post for others.  The key is using letters rather than numbers for your Column numbers.  If I define my first 4 columns as A,B,C,&D each containing a months data, I would then define column E as (A+B+C+D)/4 to get the results I was looking for.

I take it that you are not referring to a column on a page in NAV or BC.  Are you referring to an Analysis Report?

I am referring to a column layout used with an Account Schedule in NAV or BC.

I believe he is referring to "Column Layout" (per the title ) that is stand alone setup to be used with Account Schedules.
