  • 1.  System is pulling the wrong lot number

    We have an instance where a customer (on NAV 2018) is selecting a lot number for production consumption but when NAV is posting the transaction, it is not pulling that lot number.  It appears that it is pulling the lot number based upon a FIFO basis, which is how the costing is setup for those items.  We have numerous clients using lot numbers and this is the first instance where I am seeing this behavior.  Any insight that someone has will be greatly appreciated.

    Check the Pick According to FEFO setting in the Location Card.
