Bin Column for Item Ledger - Phys Inventory Journal Format

I am using Dynamics NAV 2016.  We use lot tracking for our products and have many bins per location.  I only know to use the physical inventory journal to review bin contents on a mass level, but I dislike the format of the journal (it's not easily manipulated in Excel for what I'm trying to achieve).

Is there an easy way to adjust the physical inventory journal export to have a more csv type format that can be thrown into pivot tables and compared quickly?

Am I able to revise the way the item ledger looks to include a column to list bins?  That's currently not an option and I don't have access to speaking with a developer so all insight is greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

You cannot look at bins in the Item Ledger.  The item ledger does not go to that level.  You can use the Bin Contents lookup to see inventory at the bin level.  If you "Customize" the Bin Contents page, you can add the Lot Numbers by Bin Factbox.

(You can also filter for a lot number)

There is no ability to develop a code to allow the option to list the bin in the item ledger entries columns?

There is no bin code field in the Item Ledger Entry table.  You would be better off looking at Warehouse Entries to see bin level inventory transactions.

Have you looked into Warehouse Entries?  It tracks every movement of goods in the warehouse at the bin level.

You should be able to export the full Bin Contents table as well into Excel for easy manipulation.
