Customer Reorder Reminders

    The scenario is the customer buys consumables from us and we would like an automatic reminder after a number of days, weeks, months to follow up with them about reordering. Does anyone know of a built-in way, or an extension to do this?

    Have you thought of setting up To-Do Tasks for reminders? I don't now of any extension/APP that does this but your Partner can create one for you. You can also try to create your own using Power Automate.

    We did this for a client. It included a list of the items they used and where they were used. The customers get an email reminder on a varying schedule based on a code. The reminder can be used as an order form and faxed or emailed back.

    This is in NAV 2015, so all done in objects with Job Queue.
