The Database storage capacity across all of your environments (production and Sandbox) is a combined 80GB - You can add additional capacity in 1Gb increments
The File storage capacity across all of your environments (production and Sandbox) is a combined 40GB - I do not see a SKU to increase your File capacity at the moment.
