Undo Shipment with Lot No. tracking

Does anyone know if this is possible? I haven't been able to find a way to do so as of yet. When you do the "undo shipment" you get an error message about the item tracking lines. "Item tracking defined for item ____ in the Sales Line accounts for more than the quantity you have entered. You must adjust the existing item tracking and then reenter the new quantity."
I can't figure out any way of adjusting the existing item tracking lines.

We have performed undo shipments more times than we should and everything is lot controlled.   That seems like an odd error for a reversal of a shipping entry.  Check and see that the quantity on the tracking line matches the sales line quantity.  Were there multiple lots for one sales shipment line?

Hi Lewis, thanks for your assistance. There were two separate shipments, both of the same lot. Also, we used the apply-to entries, as we were trying to match this shipment with a specific receipt. Hadn't really thought of that, maybe need to do something with the apply to entries, first?

We don't typically try to set any apply-to entries on an undo  shipment, so maybe that is complicating things.

If you have a test environment, you can try reproducing the situation and the error and then maybe you can try a few things there.
