    I have one user who is a Sales Order Processor and she cannot print any reports from NAV. If she goes to another computer and sign inot NAV, she still cannot print any reports.She was printing just fine last Friday, November 30th, and on Monday, December 3rd, she started getting the above error. The only way she can get her reports is to email it to herself.

    We do use "Folder Redirection". I don't know if there is something corrupt in her "Roaming" user profile that causing the problem? I have uninstalled NAV role tailored client and it prerequisite components and re-installed them. Didn't make a difference. Part of the error mentioned "failed to grant permission to execute". I checked all of her permission against another co-worker that has the same rightrs as she does. They are the same.

    Has any one seen this before or have any suggestions?

    Does she have Network security permission.
    Sometimes the network person changes security rights.

    I would suggest having them check the network rights against someone else.

    An FYI to anyone who want to know how I resolved the problem. It was a "Folder Redirection" problem after all. Something was corrupt in the User Profile. I renamed it and created a brand new one. Then copied back her Documents, Favorites, and Download folders. Then NAV started printing correctly again.
