I am not sure why that would occur, but I would recommend restarting the NAV service when you can.

I turned on change logging for the Item table for a few fields. When I make a change to one of these fields, the change gets recorded. However, when one of my users makes a change it does not get recorded. I just did a Teams meeting with her to watch exactly what she's doing - which is exactly what I'm doing! Still, her changes don't get logged. What could be causing this? Am I missing something in the setup?
