>>AL developers are the same developers that work on the previous versions as well (C/AL).<<I would think that no one building a career is learning any C/AL skills anymore (for obvious reasons) but a career path based in AL could grow, and therefore more coders with fresh skill sets would be available? I realize that in order to get into AL 100%, coders fluent in C/AL are required. Yet once there I'd like to think we had greater field of candidates to work with should we ever decide to switch consultants or even hire our own coder.
