I am getting this error when entering a new Purchase Invoice after clicking on Print and Post.

Additional note, I enter Purchase Invoices in the system to "park" them until the physical, hard copies come back approved and signed to me, so I can track what I have out for signature and approval.  I was told that this might have something to do with the "parked invoices", but it is occurring on new entries that are not parked.

I have never seen this error happen before, is it also doing it when you do "Post" only instead of Post and Print?
Do you have in-house NAV developers or do you always use a partner?
If you always use a partner I would check with them.
If you have in-house devs, have them debug the stack trace of the error when it happens.

The attached Error screenshot is surely a programming error. The error appears if a developer (via code) is trying to modify a record which has already changed by some other function.
The developer will require to tweak the code by re-fetching the updated record from the database.

Do you have Lanham Address Verification?
We have seen this error and it is caused by Lanham Address Verification in our Database.  It happens when there is a Expired Address on the Document and the system Auto Tries to re-validate the address.  The fix is to manually Validate the Addresses then complete what you are doing.

As Saurav pointed out, a developer will need to optimize the function to prevent this from happening where a record didn't commit until re-reading the table.
