Anyone else going to the digital NA SUMMUT?

Registered for this event but the solution seems very shaky at the moment.

No login. The Schedule alone takes minutes to load.
"Support" states 2-3 days to reply to issue...

Would be a bit Buyer beware at this point.
(If it is this slow on monday. How will it be on wednesday when the programming starts...)

    Any Inputs?

I am going for sure. Right now I  am going through the schedule now getting may "INTEREST" star's set up. And I have some more tips on the site -- it is quite different from show sites in the past, and in their effort to make it "simple and "no password or login needed" easy it is a bit confusing.   Here are some additional things I have learned about the show schedule site:

Speed Up Schedule Page By Filtering
    1) After you "log in" by following your emailed registration link, you will still see this.
It does NOT mean you still need to log in.
You are logged in if you can "Favorite" sessions.
    2) The schedule page takes a long time to load if you have not set any filters. The page is trying to display 500+ sessions)  If you click on filter / Content Audience and set the filter to only show BC/NAV it is much faster to respond with "only" 111 sessions to show.

    3) Clicking on a day also helps to speed up the response as well.

I participated in the first event, the HACK-A-THON Saturday, I can tell you that it was very well run, and the screen sharing/interactive chat and Q&A tech and management was rock solid.  It was both fun and educational. And I am looking forward to the next 3 days of learning and networking.
Let's do this thing!  The more of us participating and interacting the more we get out of this.   Looking forward to it.

    Hello Bob,

Thanks so much for this awesome post! We appreciate the help for those attending our virtual summit. Along with the 400+ fantastically valuable sessions, I think that the keynote presentation by our new CEO, John Siefert, will knock your socks off. Yes, it has been a long, tough year, but we are finishing with a bang. I can't wait for you to see his vision.

AND - You're right...with 400+ sessions it helps to filter!  And it is also true that in pulling separate solutions together, it can take some clicking around to learn the navigation. But we will have a full staff at our Info Booth at the event and the support team is ready to help anyone who is experiencing challenges inside of a session, such as lack of audio or video. The fact is that as we have always done in the past, the entire Dynamic Communities team will be all hands on deck to provide the community with valuable content and connections as we close out 2020.

And I'm so glad you enjoyed the Hackathon. I thought that the entire team that put it together did a tremendous job and love the entire spirit that permeated the event!!

We look forward to seeing you and all of our enthusiastic community tomorrow and the rest of this week.

    Best,

    Rachel Fisher
