Void check error message

    I received the error message below when I tried to void a check. Please advise.

    If you are selecting "Void and Unapply," the check must be applied to a vendor or customer ledger entry. If the check is not applied, and you are just looking to void the check/payment, which appears to be the case based on your error, then select "Void Only." This functionality does present itself a little differently depending on the NAV version you are using.
