    Dear Team,
I am using the Dynamics Nav(Nav2018) Sales Connection to CRM tool.
Integration on defaults settings is ok. but i would wish to expose other Fields to be synchronized to CRM 2016(on premise)
    • Vendor Card information.
    • Item Card.....Extra Fields.
Where  or how easily can i customize this?

It's fairly easy to add additional fields to an existing mapping. Just use the "Integration Field Mapping" table in conjunction with the "Integration Table Mapping". For the Vendor integration, you'll need to add a new integration Table Mapping which is more complex. You'll need to use the NAV Development Shell to create the "CRM Vendor" table as a .txt file and then import that new object into NAV. There is more, but the key things then are you'll need to setup the Integration Table Mapping and the related Integration Field Mapping.
The integration definitely changed some after NAV 2016, but check out my video on the 2016 integration to get an idea of what all is needed: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=etJ7hT6Dquo
