iOS error - connection to the server was suspended

    ​​Hi

    We are trying to get NAV 2016 working on our iOS devices (iPads and iPhones).  However, we are getting consistently getting a "the connection to the server was suspended" Resume error message immediately after connecting.  We have tried Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox on the devices and still get the error.  On relatively rare occasions, we get it on Windows devices when using Chrome, but generally don't have any issues using the web client on Windows.  We are using https on web servers that are not externally facing.

    Are we missing something on our web servers' setups or a prerequisite on our iOS devices?

    I would check within the Event Viewer where the service is running. It should provide you some more details of what's causing it.
