Lanham UPS Link Mail issues

We receive UPS Link mail errors in our NAV2017 database when the mail process either tries renaming the zip files or copying the zip files. (See errors attached). I've identified the section of code that is throwing these errors (see capture attached) and the only way to bypass this section of code is if the file is a "Large Distributed Object" or we have the "Manually Apply Files Over 1M" checked in the setup. We would like to keep this process as automated as possible and don't really want to change our setup. The file is automatically check as a "Large Distributed Object" by the program that uses the file size to make this determination however, this field is editable on the email page.
I am considering manually setting the "Large Distributed Object" on the email page when we hit the error so the file will process without generating another error but am unsure if this will cause other issues. Ideally, it would be nice if the process worked without any errors. Have any of you encountered this issue with UPSLink Mail? If so, how do you resolve it? Thanks.

I have had issues with UPS Link Mail before.
My fix was to delete all UPS Mail in NAV then re-read the UPS Mail.
I also have found that the UPS Manifest Directory on the Packing Station has to be set to a Local Disk Drive (I use "C:\Lanham\Shipping\UPS") or you will have issues processing UPS Mail.  You also have to make sure that the correct permissions are setup on the File Locations.
