Where are Notifications stored

When creating a Note you can notify a user.  It will show up in users role center in the "My Notifications" factbox (also Job Queue errors seem to show up in here as well).  This is a system factbox so the structure of this is invisible to us.  What table is this information stored in?  The reason I am asking is that I need to delete a bunch of entries in there.

Looks like Notes are stored in the "Record Link" table.

I learned something useful (or maybe I relearned something useful) today that I want to make sure and write down for future reference-not only for my future reference, but everyone else's, too. I need to give credit to Ed Fager, my esteemed ArcherPoint colleague who told me about this.

In this post I will discuss how to read the notes and how to create the notes programmatically. When you create a note where the data is saved in the Navision ? I have seen this question being asked several times in the community forum.

I agree the notes (and links) are stored in the Record Links table.  I am trying to figure out where the Notifications in the My Notification factbox are stored as I thought these were separate tables.

When I looked at this again (thanks to your post!) I was surprised to find out that the Note and the Notification are actually the same record.  If you see a Notification in My Notifications and you right click and remove the Notification it simply modifies a field in the Record Links table called "Notify" from True to False.  Then since the My Notifications factbox is filtered on Notify = True and Userid = "your userid", the Notification goes away.  It's still there but just filtered out of your view.

So to answer my original question I just need to go into the Record Links table and un-click the Notify field for my userid which will make all my notifications go away.  If someone accidentally removes a Notification you could go into the Record Links table and set the Notify field to true again  and it would show back up for them.

    Solved, thank you.
