What is the length of a membership? All memberships are 1-year in length from your initial sign up date.

What is your cancellation and refund policy? All purchases are final and not eligible for refunds unless otherwise noted for the specific program or event.

Why do I need a membership? By paying annual membership dues, Members have access to all benefits of the User Group including access to all virtual events, complimentary attendance to all Local User Group meetings, participation in all discussion forums and communities, advanced member directory capabilities, discounts on Academy courses, and exclusive event discounts.
