Since 2004, I have been working in IT solution sales. This has encompassed both direct and channel sales of ERP, CRM, network fax and document management solutions.
My job, whether dealing directly with a customer or through the partner channel is to find out in detail what the client's business processes and requirements are, and then formulate a solution that meets the client's unique needs. I continue expanding my knowledge of best practices and solutions that can advise knowledgeably.
